MTU Computer Use Policy

MTU considers access to computer resources to be a privilege granted on the condition that each member of the University community uses these resources responsibly, and in accord with professional and university standards.

The Computer Use Policy describes MTU's computer resources, the responsibilities assumed by users of the system, the services provided to support and assist users, and professional and university standards that must be observed.

Support for Residential Technologies Moving July 20th

Restech, formerly the Resnet Consultants, are moving from the Electrical Energy Resources Center (EERC) to Administration Building, room 229 on July 20th.

Resnet Consulting Summer Hours

During the summer, the Resnet office will be staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 11 :00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A resnet consultant will also be on duty via pager from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm all week.

Telcom Customer Service Summer Hours
(posted May 5, 2009)
During the summer, the Telcom customer service office will be open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
