If your computer is infected with a virus, please notify us by using our Virus Report Form.

Resnet Interactive Application Form
The Resnet Interactive Application form allows you to subscribe and pay by credit card for Resnet without coming down to the Telcom Customer Service Office. Please note that the processing time for this application is approximately 7 days after payment is received. If you require a hub (i.e. have more people in your room than ports) you will be notified when it is available for pick up in the Resnet office.

Resnet Relocation Form
The Resnet Relocation form allows a Resnet subscriber to transfer his/her connection to another room. Note: Returning students must fill out an application for each year they return to the dorms; a relocation form does NOT qualify as an application. This form is only for school year relocations.

Resnet Cancellation Form
The Resnet Cancellation form allows a Resnet subscriber to cancel his/her service.
